Our payment options are:
- A one time cash or check payment, due when treatment begins, which will reflect a 5% discount.
- Third-party financing (Chase Health Advance and Care Credit for limited months at no interest)
- A 30% down payment (cash, check, or credit card), due when treatment begins, with the balance auto-drafted from checking or savings in equal monthly payments over the duration of active treatment. This is an interest free option calculated on the amount not covered by insurance.

Insurance
If you have orthodontic benefits on your dental policy, we accept assignment of benefits. In addition, we will provide you with the necessary forms for secondary and medical filing to assist you in maximizing your full benefits.
The responsible party is liable for any unpaid insurance balance.
